My name is Jessica Johnston, I am the designer and owner of
Sparkles 
 I make hand-painted children's furniture with custom designs that reflect imagination and playfulness.  Most of the time I seek out and paint old furniture to recycle, giving them new life and character but I also like to use new unfinished pieces.  Each piece is sanded, painted and then sealed with a polyurethane coat.  I love to customize my pieces, knowing that each one is "one of a kind." Although I will not duplicate an already finished piece, I will create a similar one upon request.

If you already have a piece of furniture that you would like for me to paint for you, just call me and we will set up a time for you to bring it to me. I charge $25 an hour. Therefor the price doesn't really depend on the size of the piece but the amount of time it takes me to finish it.  I charge extra for rushes...
